Rachel founded Veho Solutions, formerly Rachel Bowen associates in 2005. Since then, Veho Solutions drivers have completed over 250,000 hours of driving and delivered over 100 events for some of the world’s most respected motoring brands including Rolls-Royce, BMW, Mercedes-Benz & Jaguar Land Rover. Over the years, Rachel has grown and developed the company into a brand which provides far more than just drivers. Rachel has tested and developed a bespoke web system named Veho Genie. This systems allows Veho Solutions to manage contractors, run event logistics, and invoice clients all in one place.
Rachel strongly believes in high standards in all parts of the business, “I have a strong belief in creating an environment where exceptional standards can be achieved and this is reflected in the consistently high level of service we provide in every aspect of what we do. I believe this has been a major contributing factor in the growth of our business – almost all of our business comes from word of mouth recommendation. In fact, 80% of our business is from repeat customers and partners who trust us with their brands, their customers and their vehicles.”
After receiving First Class Honours in Business Enterprise at The University of Buckingham, Tom joined the Veho Solutions team in January 2016 as New Business Development Manager. Tom’s role was to continue the growth of Veho Solutions, not just in the events industry, but in providing chauffeurs for individual clients.
After successfully achieving this goal, Tom was promoted to Marketing Director in June 2018. This position requires a continued development of strategies to generate new business, and grow the profile of Veho Solutions. Tom has also assisted Rachel Rice in developing the strategy to make Veho Genie available to the commercial market.
Tom also works as Veho Solutions’ Events Lead covering projects such as The Open Championship and The ATP World Tour finals, often managing sub-events alongside the main event.
Following a background working in Marketing and Sales in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Josh joined Veho Solutions to aid in the processes and organisation of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in April 2018.
In his role as Sales Manager for Veho Solutions’ chauffeur and driving business, Josh’s focus is on expanding the business, growing in key areas of focus, with events and private clients. Josh acts as the primary point of contact for all customers, working to ensure their optimal experiences from one-off requirements to regular and full time driver needs. Whilst working at Veho Solutions, Josh has also had an increased level of experience in supporting and co-coordinating different events, giving him a hands-on knowledge of all of the operating processes.
Nicol joined Veho Solutions in November 2018 as our Sales and Marketing Assistant.
Nicol brings with her a degree in Journalism, as well as previous experience as a marketer in the Insurance sector. This combination of creativity and excellent content creation has been invaluable in promoting the Veho Solutions message through social media and networking. Nicol also works closely with the Sales team to manage customers, and organise reviews and feedback so that Veho can work to perfect it’s services.
